Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing, front desk role and brings energy, professionalism, and a desire to grow. This entry- level position focuses on providing top-notch service and support to clients. Over time, there may be opportunities to move into a licensed insurance position based on your performance and interest.
Key Responsibilities:

Unlicensed Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage basic service requests such as policy changes, claims, billing inquiries and general service needs.
- Support daily administrative functions using agency management systems.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and help ensure timely follow-ups.

Licensed Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients through referrals, outreach, and networking, and guide them through the quoting and enrollment process.
- Assess client needs and present tailored insurance solutions with regular policy reviews and coverage updates.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to address client needs, resolve service issues, and ensure timely policy processing.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships to drive retention and generate referrals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable using or learning CRM/agency management systems.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn and grow.
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. – Willingness to learn is essential.
Incentive Packages:
- Full – Time Entry-level Starting Pay: $25,000
- Part – Time: Considered
- Eligible for commissions and performance-based incentives
